4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The following conditions apply for depositing funds into bs0020:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
- Third-party payments into the account are not accepted — deposits must be made from your own payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The following rules must be followed for withdrawals:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

4.3 Currency

5. Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive the bonus. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25x.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility Conditions
- Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions that apply at the time the bonus is received.
- Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible account holders.
- No more than one bonus may be claimed from the same family, household or IP address.
- Specific wagering conditions must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn as cash.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Before it can be withdrawn, you must wager the bonus portion 25 times (৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000).
Another example: depositing ৳12,000 will earn you a ৳5,000 bonus (the maximum limit) and your total balance will be ৳17,000.
5.3 Right to Cancel Bonuses
If bs0020 determines that a user is misusing the bonus system or violating the terms, bs0020 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus balance and close the account.
5.4 VIP Program
The bs0020 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Based on your gaming activity, you may be promoted to a higher VIP tier. The wagering conditions for VIP cashback may differ from those of other bonuses.
6. Gameplay Policy
6.1 Fair Play
bs0020 is committed to ensuring fair and impartial outcomes across all games. Our games are powered by verified software providers and all results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
6.2 Betting Rules
Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits displayed in the game interface. Only bets confirmed through the system are valid — in the case of incomplete bets due to network issues, the deposited amount will be returned to the balance.
